By participating in the NetNeutrals EU dispute resolution process, you agree to abide by the adjacent Rules & Guidelines.
NetNeutrals EU takes reasonable measures to authenticate and confirm the identities of the parties participating in this dispute resolution process.  By participating in this process you affirm that you are a party to the dispute or an agent authorised to act on behalf of a party to the dispute. Evidence that the dispute resolution process was managed by someone not authorised to act on behalf of a party may result in the resolution being voided.
Dispute Resolution processes are widely considered to be a confidential means to settle disagreements.  As such, information contained in the comments posted by either party to the discussion forum are not intended to be copied or distributed.  NetNeutrals EU insists you observe discretion in matters related to the details and specifics of a claim.  NetNeutrals EU takes reasonable measures to ensure the privacy of the dispute and participants.  NetNeutrals EU agrees to treat all information received in the course of its review activities as confidential, with respect to persons or entities.  NetNeutrals EU further agrees that such confidential information may not be used for any purpose by NetNeturals EU except to fulfill its dispute resolution obligations.  Basic data about disputes is shared with regulatory authorities as required.  For more information regarding confidentiality, please see our privacy policy statement.
NetNeutrals EU is an informal dispute resolution programme.  By participating in the NetNeutrals EU dispute resolution process (including conciliation, mediation, and adjudication) you agree to act in good faith; which includes taking reasonable steps to achieve a fair and expeditious resolution of the dispute.
NetNeutrals EU insists that users post comments which offer significant information concerning the transaction, feedback, and settlement requests or offers.  NetNeutrals EU does not condone the use of obscenities, offensive language, threats, or accusations.  NetNeutrals EU encourages users to utilise the Forum to the best of their ability by submitting pertinent details of the dispute and suggestions for resolution.
In consideration of the services provided by NetNeutrals EU, you agree to hold harmless NetNeutrals EU and any of its directors, officers, agents, servants, employees, independent contractors, assignees, permittees, designees, or shareholders from and against any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, costs and/or expenses of any kind arising from or in connection with the third party alternative dispute resolution programme currently known as NetNeutrals EU.

NetNeutrals EU is approved by Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015

NetNeutrals EU was approved in July 2016 by the Civil Aviation Authority (the UK aviation regulator) to operate as an ADR body for aviation consumers.
NetNeutrals EU voluntarily withdrew from the CAA List of approved ADR providers in September 2017 with an intention of applying to re-enter the UK aviation disputes marketplace at a future date.
